My take:

I spoke with some folks after sending out Tuesday’s newsletter on saying no, and the general consensus is that this is a tough reminder for everyone—me included! I mean, take this text I got from a friend for example after I told her I said yes to something a while back that I now regret:

Well, a wise woman once said “every no is an undesirable opportunity is a yes to your boundaries, a win for your already-limited time, and a launchpad for future possibilities.”

I deserved hearing my own words, I know. I wanted to use today’s ETA Friday to dive deeper on some specific scenarios for saying no, and what to do when you say yes and really regret it.
